Age discrimination is usually subtle. But suppose you bring it out in the open. In fact, suppose you make it blatant. This Youtube video, from AARP, shows the reactions when a street truck selling beignets puts a sign out that says â€œNoOne over 40â€ and then questions potential customers about their age before letting them buy a beignet (called a “dounut” in the title).
It will make you uncomfortable, to say the least.
